Advocate Vinod Sampat graduated from Podar College in 1980 and did his LLB from Siddharth College. He has authored many articles on property-related matters and written 46 books on cooperative societies, transfer of flats, recovery of dues, registration and stamp duty matters.
 
Pankaj Kapoor is the Founder and Managing Director at Liases Foras, a real estate rating & research firm in Mumbai, and has 14 years of experience in real estate research. Mr Kapoor has developed the Real Estate Sensitivity Index (Ressex). He has also developed one of the most structured data on real estate market in India, valuation models and equations which determines the cascading pattern of real estate prices.
